This place has better service than the Golden Bank on highway 6. If you must open an account, take the extra time to drive here instead. Aesthetically appealing building with just a short walk to the bellaire food plaza. Must nicer staff who aren’t rude to my mom.

Today we went by the bank to open a new account. They were really careful especially during covid crisis. They had a guard taking our temperature and had hand Santizer everyone. Kimmie Yip referred us to the bank. She was really nice and let us know of all the great specials. We brought a friend to do a CD and we even an business account. We can in and met with Cyndi Deng the new account Person. She was really nice and pleasant. Especially, since we needed alot of paperwork she was very patient with us. This bank has excellent customer service.

Ive banked with them after my uncle moved me here and his company that he chose to franchise with, banks through them. I've literally dialed the main # over 28Xs trying to get assistance guarantee you and I I hope after this experience he will pull his hotel business from them and bank somewhere else. They tried to pass my call off as well and just ignored me after trying to locate a deposit.
