  Josh Papazis is absolutely a rockstar. I initially had to cross qualify with him for a property I was interested that didn’t work out, but few weeks later he called me and gave me a rate that was substantially lower than what I was offered by others. He is extremely responsive and really take care of his customers. He really knows his stuff and is 100% dedicated to provide the best customer service to his clients. Thank you Josh for everything you did for me and being so proactive, professional, friendly and amazing!
