Hank and the rest of the staff at GEM could not be more helpful and knowledgeable. If I call with a question I receive an answer within minutes. Everyone at this location is there for us. They are so nice and kind. If you need mortgage or refinance help this is the place to go. I have been using GEM for over 20 years. I love these people, you can't loose THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

Worst experience with a loan ever. I believe it is called predatory lending. Veronica and Hank tried to get me to sign ridiculous terms for a loan. Nothing that was previously discussed. Lied to me and our agent. Tried charging me 1.97 points for a loan. Always blamed our credit. Went elsewhere got a .75% better rate and a honest lender. Run from this place as fast as you can.
