  Ted is the best! My husband found Golden Mortgage Corp during an internet search. We first contacted Ted over a year ago, we had some general questions as well as financial questions before applying for a mortgage. We were not yet clients and Ted spoke to us for about 2 hrs. He was so helpful and at the time was not gaining anything from us. When we were ready to start looking for a home we called Ted and we are so glad we did. Ted is extremely knowledgeable, polite, positive, and patient. He always took the time to explain our options and answer any questions we had (even when I called him multiply times a day). He knew exactly what mortgage lenders would ask for and had us prepared before the application was even sent out. It was great having someone who had so much knowledge and who you could trust during this process. He kept us calm and positive through one of the most stressful times. I definitely recommend Ted and Golden Mortgage Corp! Thank you Ted for everything!

  Ted Ark is one of the most professional and customer service oriented person I have ever worked with. I found Ted through a Google search, so naturally, I was hesitant. However, after our initially conversation, I knew my search for a mortgage rep was over. I expressed my unique situation and Ted was understanding and never hesitated to offer assistance. The market is hotter and more competitive than ever, so there were numerous times where I had to request last minute changes to offer letters and pre-approval letters. Needless to say, Ted was always there to save the day. Ted is knowledgable, polite, and has the heart of a teacher. I had many questions along the way, and Ted was always there to educate me with options. After months of searching for homes and losing bidding wars, Ted was able to secure financing on our new home. I'm thrilled that the buying process is over, however, I miss the experience I had working with Ted. If you are simply starting your search or already have a mortgage broker, I recommend giving Ted Ark a call and you will not be disappointed.
