Jeff Johnston is a true professional in every respect: He understands the ins-and-outs of the housing market, he is a very personable guy who is courteous to his clients, he explains the mortgage process clearly, he never rushes a client, he takes the time to answer his client's questions and he works hard to help his clients achieve their financial needs. Most importantly, Jeff looks out for the client's best interest in that he will lay out all the loan numbers, provide the pros and cons of the loan, give his truthful opinion about whether or not the loan will be beneficial to the client and, without any pressure, leaves it up to the client to make the final decision on whether or not to proceed with the loan. Last, but not least, Jeff treats his clients with respect which, in my opinion, seems to be a rarity nowadays. I could not be happier with Jeff Johnston being my loan officer and I look forward to working with him again in the future whenever the need arises. Jeff is extremely good at his job; he is a tremendous asset to Golden Oak Lending and they are very lucky to have him employed at their company.
