These guys really went out on a limb for me. Yesterday was the last day to pay my pawn before the items would be put out for sale. My friend got there right before they closed and found that he didn't quite have enough, and couldn't get more from the bank. They graciously allowed us to come back today, and one man (I really wish I'd gotten his name, to give him kudos) specifically made sure that my stuff didn't get put on the sales floor. They even waived the late fee that they could have charged us for not paying yesterday. I am so grateful for how much they helped us out when they didn't have to. They could have sold my stuff, they could have charged us massive late fees, and they would have been perfectly within their rights to do so, but they went out of their way to be so kind and helpful. Thank you guys so much.

Called and asked if I could pay my pawn off one day late since I couldn't get off work in time to pay them on the day it was due. They said no problem. Went in the next day and they charged me an entire other months interest for being one day late. Said they explained this to me over the phone which they did not. I asked if they were okay losing a customer for life over this, he shrugged. I will never be back. Too many other pawn shops around to be treating your customers badly.

Lacks customer service. Man closest to the door never speaks and looks at you crazy as if your bothering him by being there. No one ever gets up to help you even if I seem interested in anything! this is the 3rd time i’ve been in this store only because of the fun inventory but I will never be back after this.
