      Good credit union. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Been banking here for years. Even before Golden Plains took over. Only thing I don't like about it is at times account is unavailable on line. That never happened before it changed hands.

      Went to cash a check that was just over $100 from a business, that was drawn on this Credit Union. Signed the check and sent my DL in with the check. Before they would cash it, I had to put my thumbprint on the back of the check and sign another paper.

      Been a loyal customer for a decade but while other banks are building more locations and providing excellent customer service, gpcu only wants to reduce locations and hire employees pay that provide minimal service with little knowledge. Went to Sunflower Bank and they had no issue providing excellent customer service.
