I had an awful experience. It took them 2 weeks to let me know they didn't want to give me the loan, after I asked them at the very beginning if there would be an issue. I am very well qualified with credit scores in the 800 range, but they stalled so much, I missed out on lower interest rate opportunities. The car is to be delivered in one week so they have left me scrambling to find another place to get auto financing. I will let my future company which is a large co in Utah know, how poorly I was treated.
