      When it comes to loan servicing and customer support they are easily the worst company I have worked with. Avoid financing through them and seek loan options through a credit union, if possible. The loan was orignially through Vivint who sold to loanpal then to good leap. All three companies had their liens on the home for one loan. Good Leap was next to impossible to work with. I called in everyday for a week and was told my request (for termination) was received and it would take a few days to process. The next week I called in and they said they never had a request and I had to start all over. The process was made even more difficult when I was directed to send the reuqest to their loanservicing email. They responded and said to send the request to payoffs. Payoffs said to send the request to filings. Can their own departments not communicate? Inside and out this a disfunctional company.
