  I can not wait for the branch to actually be open. I have made several attempts to reach a teller or someone who can actually get to the bottom of my issue I'm having. I usually do not have trouble with this bank. But this is an issue that does not take much to resolve. Please,please do better!

  A bunch of unprofessional black women. Customer service is horrible. They don’t return messages regarding your account. I’ve called several times during this pandemic and haven’t received any return call to resolve my issue. Will be closing my account immediately.
