  Grace Garcia helped me purchase my first home in La Habra, CA. Grace is fast, efficient, reliable, responsible, and most importantly she is honest. Right off the bat, I told Grace my most important things are being efficient; as far as getting back to me via text or email in a reasonable amount of time AND Transparency. Grace executed both of these without a doubt; I told her being a first time home buyer I really didnt know much about the Housing Market and it can be nerve wrecking because buying a home is a huge deal. Regarding the loan part of it and rates and all that stuff Grace made it easy for me to understand how it all worked till the point that I can explain it to someone else. Grace made it really easy to understand given that she has 30 + years in the industry. I tried a couple loan officers before Grace, but no one compared. Grace is really personable, polite, and she is genuinely nice. Grace speaks spanish which is a huge plus for those who only speak spanish Or even if you speak English but your parents speak spanish and they will be added to the loan and title of the house its really important ALL parties understand what they are signing and thats when Grace comes in to play. Grace works around the clock, she will even answer her phone when shes at the dinner table with her family; talk about efficicacy and responsibility. Grace worked around the clock for me to get into my home as fast as possible. I told Grace from the beginning that I wanted to move in by a certain amount of time and she made it happen even with a small hiccup towards the end when my 401k funds werent coming into my bank account. Grace took it upon herself to have CMF Financial finance my loan for the meantime until my funds came into my bank account. We needed to fund fast because if we didnt that meant my rate was going to potentially go up due to me going over the date lock rate and there was going to be an additional fee to extend the lock rate. Anyhow, Grace talked to her superiors, superiors gave her the greeen light to fund my loan while we wait for my funds to come in and she took care of it and made it happen. Even though there was a hiccup towards the end, Grace managed to still close escrow for.me by the time I had instructed her to do so. Grace is the best in the industry, also she has knowledge as being an underwriter which is a huge deal. Thank you Grace for helping me get into my first home. We love it ! 😊

  Grace communicated very well. Wether it was via email, text or a phone call. She kept me up to date with Status of loan and timeline was accurate. Glad to work with her and her team will definitely work with her in the future.
