      Having a house is like a pregnancy and delivery! That's what I told James some days ago when the closing was ending. His advice, empathy, kindness, respect, privacy, patience, and mutual trust were the keys to this smooth process (pregnancy). He was there at all the moments needed, since day one of the decision to get a house, until the end (delivery) when received the title. Always having you in first place. He's like family to me and I would not imagine no one else handling this process but him. I recommend James 100% if you want a smooth and great experience buying a house!       Just closed on my property recently, it all started almost 3 years ago when James helped me to search for the right property, in all these years years James never showed impatience or even try to pressure me to just settle with anything less than what I wanted as a property. Not only as my realtor but also as my loan officer he worked hard on my behalf, even after post closing he is still giving me professional advice. These words are best to describe such a fine human being: integrity, honesty, transparency. Such a rare find in the housing and mortgage industry.
