  My husband and I worked with Ski Aguad and he/his team were excellent throughout the home buying process! Ski went out of his way to answer questions as first time home buyers and explained everything thoroughly. He let us know our options for rates and how everything was calculated. We also loved the option to do eClosing online!! As two busy working professionals, my husband and I rarely have time during the workday to leave the office, and we were able to do our entire closing within 15 minutes (leaving time for the rest of our lunch break). Even outside of the pandemic, this was an excellent feature. Couldn’t have asked for a more smooth process for our first time from what I understand is traditionally a very lengthy one. Thank you again Ski and we will definitely mention you to our other Millennial friends as they become home buyers!

  During this period of record low mortgage rates, we investigated several options for re-financing our current mortgage. We chose Granada Mortgage because they seemed to offer the best combination of rates, terms and services. What really turned out to be a surprise was the quality and speed of processing. Ski Aguad kept us informed on every aspect and step in the process for a hassle free experience. Normally this is a frustrating experience, with multiple delays and requests for additional information, not with Ski. We completed the entire process from our home and in record time.   Rates unprecedented and the service Amazing! Best part of all? The “electronic closing” process, quick and painless (signed from my house!) - Where was this years ago when I needed it! Thank you Ski and Granada Mortgage! 5-Star across the board!
