      We just moved to Grand Junction a few months the ago. I am a die hard credit union member. I have been the Board of Directors and Supervisory Co.mitte chair.. What appealed to me is their financials are solid. Friendly staff and helpful.

      It use to be an excellent place with friendly knowledge staff but over the past 2 years the service has gone down hill. The website for online banking keeps crashing and i sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and noone came, and yes they were open. Debit cards have had several issues, not good for someone who is traveling. Now there are maybe 2 atms in the valley that dont charge a ridiculous fee. If they are going to have so many issues pergaps they should get an atm for their customers. After almost 15 years i am so frustrated that i am looking for a different bank. I dont know if it is laziness or incompetence or complacency that has taken over but it saddens me to see a small town credit union take on the big enterprise attitude .
