      I go in pretty often with my dog. They are always nice to us. My dog gets spoiled with treats and they always have a smile. I'm not from here and I still get treated like a local.e

      I used to be the manager at a store in Grand Lake. The owner of the store was determined to do business with this bank because it was convenient. One teller, her name is Donna, is extremely rude. Never a smile or a nice word. On one occasion I got my request on a piece of paper physically thrown back at me. I'm so relieved I don't have to go in there any more. The atmosphere is toxic. Please think twice before banking here.

      Extremely rude, certain tellers seem to have a chip on their shoulder, the incredible lack of customer service is apparent!! Would rather deal in cash than deal with these people!!
