      I worked with Sean Landis to get a pre-approval letter. He did a hard pull on my credit file without my permission and it affected my credit score negatively. For a long time, he refused to admit his fault, even after he admitted, he did not take the responsibility to resolve the issue. He treated me unprofessionally and I do NOT recommend grand oak mortgage company.

      Sean was great in getting me the best rates. He also advised me to back out of the deal when the numbers just didn't make sense. I cost him a sale, but I applaud his integrity and looking out for me. He was also fantastic when my niece bought a house from my mother. He facilitated the transaction and handles all issues, and many were not his responsibility.
