      I have worked with their loan department a couple of times with great success. I brought in my elder parents today and Kyle took time to go over an application from another lender who was not giving them answers to their questions. He gave them options and they ultimately when with Grand Savings to stay local. I appreciate them taking time to explain everything, even though they might not get a loan through Grand. That is called putting the customer first. I now have peace of mind knowing my parents are taken care of and not taken advantage of.

      This bank shut down our card with a positive balance. Could not get our food and gas . Gives your pay check late. Doesn't even follow their own policy. Let a lone repeat it back to correct or give you correct info on your account. Proventing someone from getting to their money . I am sure that could be a law suit!,
