  The lower ranking people are great, friendly all that. But upper level—forget it. They don’t return calls, could care less about solving issues and duck and run when it looks like they might actually have to lift a finger that doesn’t benefit them.

  Don’t get a mortgage with Grand Savings! I went with them because I got a good rate but their services are so antiquated. They don’t have an app where I can manage my mortgage and anytime I go into the bank, it’s always like they don’t know what to do. For a simple signature on a check they have to look up my account broker, call other people in their system…I waited 20 minutes for a signature on an insurance claim check and now still have to come back because my account manager was not available. It seems very old fashioned. It’s a shame because I wanted to give a home town bank a try. Please, Grand Savings, update your services to modern practices.
