Open back up inside! I’m frustrated and sick and tired of waiting in the drive through line for 30 plus minutes every time I need to come here! It’s getting ridiculous now.

Hi Kristine, Our lobbies are closed quite honestly due to staffing shortages. We have had good luck recently hiring but it takes time to get staff trained. At the same time, we have had 20-30 employees out on any given day with illness or required quarantines. We are hopeful that we will have adequate staffing levels to reopen lobbies soon. In the meantime, we are happy to have someone reach out to you by phone and review your needs and see if there are electronic options that could help you or if a scheduled lobby appointment is needed.
