      Can never get anyone on the phone, the most inconvenient hours, online banking is an absolute joke. I 100% don't recommend banking with them!

      You can not get a hold of anyone directly or even the specific branch you are calling. They dont return calls after leaving voicemails and even having other employees leave notes for them.
