Vanessa was absolutely AMAZING! This was my first time ever buying a home and she was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and responsive the whole way through! She answered every question I had very quickly. Stephanie who worked with the lender was awesome as well. I was worried because I never bought a house before so I figured there would be a ton of bumps in the road but there wasn’t one hiccup or delay. Destin was so helpful with showing me all of the many features in my new Granville home also. I highly recommend Granville to all of my family and friends. If you are ever in the market for a new home please check them out and ask for Vanessa (sales agent) Stephanie (mortgage advisor) and Destin (customer care assistant manager). It was the smoothest, easiest process I’ve ever done. I made a gmail account just to leave my review because they are so amazing.

Beautiful homes that are not built to perfection . Walls are slanted and floors are not level . If you want zen granville is not for you . But again , these are beautiful homes .
