      Hello. I have been banking here for over 25+ years and have never had a problem. The entire staff are always very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Keep up the outstanding work!

      Shameful business practices. Have an account older than most of their employees. They changed their services, which I've had for at least 20 years, and It cost me fees. I called and explained to them they changed my overdraft protection and got called a liar. Spoke to a supervisor, rinse, repeat. I called back WITH PROOF that I wasn't lying, and then it was implied that I was still lying and transfered funds manually to protect my account from overdraft. Seriously? It's easier to create some elaborate scheme that your longtime customer did to save himself $60 in overdraft fees rather than using Facts and common sense? Get real. I will be closing my accounts filing as many federal complaints as it take to take these frauds out. Mark my words. Gaslighting customers is not a good look. Die slow mofo.

      Open an account Friday and was told all my account information would be emailed to me. Somehow my information was sent to the WRONG EMAIL then I got a email 2 days later Sunday at 4am saying some information on my account was changed. Smh Monday I went back and closed my account with so much going on how can I trust a bank that gave all my finance information to someone else. Jalessa is the bester worker they have and she did try to assist I wish she would have set up my account I might have stayed.
