Excellent service, hospitable Staff. Anytime I go there, Manager and Staff ensure I get the best service. If anything is beyond their jurisdiction, they ensure to connect me with right people and also do the follow up. Horrible customer service! This bank is a fraud of a bank please don’t bank with them at all! They have people there that lie and don’t care at all! My father had a stroke and as I attempted to pay for his care they marked his card stolen, I sent over legal paperwork they continue to ignore the paperwork and China should not have a job! Neither should her manager Audrey! I have the proof that he added me they refuse to correct! If you care about your loved ones and your finances don’t bank with them! Please don’t make this your choice, horrible horrible people! Went into branch with papers and IDs and doctors reports, and Laurie and Alberto were no help!

Called just to get my account number was on hold for an hour until they closed. This is the second time something like this happened. the first time i did the call back option, they called me back hours later, then when i pick up they hung up this back is a joke take your money elsewhere!!!!
