      Worst bank ever they come up with all kind of charges they charged me 8 times in 1 day for safety fee which I never asked for then they charged 30 again in device protection fee which I didn't ask for whole time they took 567 out my account and I'm wondering what happen to my money

      They customer service in the fraud department is horrible. This one guy On there didn’t want me to get a refund and I knew it after I spoke to him. Also had an attitude problem as well and just disappointed on the service I got. Do better Great Lakes fraud dept. they didn’t even instigate they ask u for all the info and then make a decision. Lazy in my opinion.
