      GREAT service, both online and on the phone! I am respected, treated as a valued member, and am advised on "questionable" items that arise. I also like the fact that they are not-for-profit, and that means to me that they are not skimming, B.S.ing, or trying to cheat in any way. They want to keep their members AND keep them happy!

      I never received any information about my auto loan rate unless I called them 5 days later. Got an email about 3 weeks later asking if I was still interested they would have to pull my credit again. Worst bank I've ever experienced.

      Worst online banking rollout! Have to make a brand new login BUT the online registry doesn't work! These guys are incompetent at best - who makes ALL their users create a new user name because they had to update their system - especially in 2021? This is unacceptable and whoever made this decision in corporate needs to get their position there reevaluated.
