  I had this company for a few years, I called numerous times no response on my message left for Carla she lost documents often had to run and replace, so I asked to have a different insurance representative the other agent was very helpful. I called on 9/2/20 and Carla answered the phone I asked to cancel all of my policies as of 9/7/20 she was upset asked why I stated I get no return phone calls, no assistance and I found insurance cheaper through State Farm so please cancel on 9/7/20. She cancelled my policies on 9/3/20 which I was in Alabama for the death of my niece. I was so upset I called progressive they could not help me because the agent cancelled 24 hours prior. I not only had to figure things out across the country in a time of sadness with no auto coverage t and had to call State Farm and start policy early which cost me more money. So I would never recommend this company at all for anything.
