      The policies and procedures that we were abiding by were the parent company's and they are posted for everyone to read and understand. If Mr. Williams would have acted like a professional business person these actions could have been avoided. His actions were uncalled for with the racism and verbal threats.

      The owner, Arnold J. Williams portrayed racism and showed hostility when simply trying to communicate with him. Arnold has shown threating behavior while suggesting the use of a firearm, when not agreeing with policies and procedures. If I was able to post a non or negative star rating I would have. I would advise not doing business with this gentleman.

      This gentleman is lying. All I was doing was showing my license and webpage in order to verify my identity to pick up a UPS package at this location. This gentleman also insisted on a business card showing my business address after providing the items I had on me available. I left and returned woth requested business card and was not allowed entry into the building. Who would not be angry about this turn of events over picking up a package? This young man needs to grow up.
