  Crystal, I appreciated your time, however I am very disappointed. This lender has flipped my loan, now, 3 times and I closed in the last week of May 2022. There was also a month long occupancy on my house which hasnt made the loan flipping/me paying my mortgage any easier--atleast for me. As a first time home buyer I don't appreciate that and it's disappointing to learn that "this is the mortgage industry". If I knew that I would have skipped the middle man and gotten a mortgage with an online provider who is *actually* competitive with rates instead of inflating the state mandatory fees on closing costs, wasting my time to come in office without telling me what I needed to bring to start the process, not offering closing cost incentives, etc. The process with this company is OK, but it was uncomfortable. On top of that, I was recommended a homeowners insurance agent who did not give me the best rate (although I have a fantastic credit history/score), and who also resold my information atleast 30 times leading to multiple companies reaching out to me via phone AND email for various services/things I didnt need or want. It was extremely frustrating and now I will just have to start over with my own search. This company is a company in the industry that just scratches eachothers backs instead of thinking about the consumer. So, TLDR be the millennial they want to call us - loyalty means nothing. This IS my father's mortgage company [recommendation] who he has worked with multiple times in the past dating back 20 years and it means nothing. Be smarter than them and never forget 2006!!!!

Some of the things you mentioned – home occupancy agreements between buyers and sellers, multiple transfers and the insurance agent’s actions are outside of our control, but we still appreciate you mentioning it.
