      I have been a customer at the bank for over ten years. They've canceled my card on me 7 times in the last 6 years WITHOUT warning. No email, no phone call. Just my card being declined in the grocery store or the drive thru. Wildly inconvenient and mildly embarrassing. I would suggest banking at a larger institution because smaller branches of the bank, in this case, does not mean higher quality.
