      I worked with Shannon specifically and she is awesome. She helped me out with my auto loan and was able to get me approved when no one else could! She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to purchase my car and I am so thankful that she was able to help me. Thank you so much Shannon at Great River Federal Credit Union!       Been with them for nearly 15 years and I'd say in the last 5 years things have become less local friendly credit union and more pushing you to open a credit card or take out a loan and now they have all these new rules that they never used to have. Once my car is paid off through them im closing my accounts.

      I stopped in to help my son open a bank account, they did not have time to see us. Then I pre-scheduled apt to see them. We came in and they completely forgot about our apt time and I had verified the time with them prior to coming in. We waited and waited and then eventually ended up leaving. They said we could schedule another apt if we wanted. We will not return. 2x coming in and if they do not have time to see us then it doesn't make sense to give them a 3rd chance.
