One of the worst experiences with a bank that I’ve ever had. This bank has taken over $150 in overdraft fees from me ever since I switched to them, problems that I never had at Wells Fargo surprisingly. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

I helped sign up our daughter for a checking and a loan account. She got $100 for us referring her. The other $100 was not sent to me our my significant other, but the loan officer actually gave herself the $100 referral. I was shocked that she would actually have the nerve . I am about to close all 3 of my accounts there due to this. The loan officer should explain how and why this happened, than resign. I have been a valuable customer for years and now lost respect for the credit union over a $100 referral.
