      Currently waiting in line with 8 others. I realize that you may not have your inside bank open.... but you really need more tellers. No one wants to wait in line that long.

      I used to go here to make change before going to conventions, having garage sales, or before putting money in holiday cards. Never had a problem, and my long term spouse actually banks here. Today I went in to get a $100 bill broken/changed to pay a bill at an HVAC office that didn't have petty cash. The bank took my $100 bill, checked it for authenticity, and counted out my change before asking if I had an account, which I don't, and then denying to make me change. That doesn't seem like the right order of operations. I was planning on transferring my money from my bank here for convienance but not any more, and I'm going to talk to my partner about removing her funds and starting an account elsewhere. Horrible experience!
