      Branch is under poor management. Under qualified staff and commonly has issues when dealing with members. Staff talks badly behind members’ backs once they’ve left. Great Southern Bank itself is a great chain known for customer service, West Plains’ branch just has some issues that their area manager(s) need to address.

      I went by this bank because I was close to it. I asked the teller for change for a 20.00. She asked if I had an account with them I said no, I just needed change she said we are not allowed to do that if you don’t have an account. Really your a bank. Does your pen to check if it is counterfeit only work on customers money? We were considering changing all over to you but not now. This customer and her family will not be switching to you.
