      The management here is good. That said, I called in to ask a specific question, and they answered immediately. I was asked if I was OK with being put on hold, I said yes. They never came back. I waited on hold for 42 minutes. I was called by management and they apologized for the long wait. I appreciate him taking the time to contact me and address this minor concern.

      This is the branch I always use. It used to be strictly because of convenience. Recently, I met Ben with some banking and notary questions. He went above and beyond helpful. I was so impressed! I'm really glad this is my branch and will recommend it to everyone. Thanks Ben!
