      Customer service was bizarre. I’ve never been spoken to and basically degraded by a bank teller before. Don’t know the guys name or what his problem was, but there’s a way to explain things to people without being rude. I walked out feeling pitiful and like a degenerate or something for trying to get coin change with cash, when I have an account.

      Manager Kendra is super unhelpful. The rest of the staff seems more than happy to help with my financial endeavors but for some reason when I was put in touch with Kendra, she did zero listening. I told her I didn’t want a hard credit inquiry on my credit score, and she continued to ask me questions for a preapproval which led me to believe it wasn’t going to effect my score. Then at the end of her questioning I asked again to make sure that it wouldn’t be a hard credit check and she said yes it would, so I told her that we will hold off on it. And she sounded like I was the one wasting HER time.
