  I never leave reviews, but feel that it might help someone else....I moved to the area from MULTIPLE states away, and chose this bank because it had a lot of branches and appeared to be very convenient. HOWEVER, after signing all the dotted lines, my family tried setting up their mobile apps, but was not able to access it. Tried again from our laptops, and again, not able to. We called the branch and were told that they couldn't help and that we could only access it and set up from a hardwire computer (and suggested the library). Ummmm, this is not the convenience I thought I was signing up for..... NOW, a couple months later, I deposited my retirement check and when I asked about how long it should take before clearing, I was told it should be available the NEXT DAY as long as the funds are in the other account. A WEEK LATER, we needed something for direct deposit and ran by the bank, so we took the opportunity to ask about the 'pending check' and we were told that they wanted to check the VALIDITY of it first because they HAVE NEVER SEEN A CHECK LIKE THAT BEFORE!!!!! Well unless you work for another state, and received retirement from them, I wouldn't expect for anyone to recognize it!!!!! The bank is supposedly trying to contact someone from my old retirement department, BEFORE they will even ATTEMPT to deposit the check. THEY NEVER ASKED ME ANY QUESTIONS, NEVER CONTACTED ME TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION, AND I FEEL LIKE THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST!!!!!!!!! They are a joke, and I will be taking my money out ASAP!!!!!

  Good peps here for being kinda near a city these folks keep it personal. Andy the loan officer has gone out of his way for me several times.
