  Chris and Miranda are awesome!! I love the staff at the Littleton branch. They are always friendly and are always helpful with whatever I need!

  I've loved great western bank and have been with them for six years. That said, ever since they merged with first interstate I've had nothing but problems with the online, atm or even trying to get my direct deposit back to a working order. The tellers and bankers have been nothing but helpful during this but there is so much they can do without any kind of help from the upper management. I used to recommend this branch to friends and family but not anymore.

  While I didn’t know that great western bank was bought by first international bank. I found out when I tried to log onto my app. I can’t even access my bank info online. I used my regular debit card to get my kids ice cream after school got out for summer, I get a “fraud” detect on my card and now it’s not useable. I am currently on the phone waiting now for 40min. Yesterday when I called I waited for 30min and they hung up on me. Once I get my direct deposit switched to a different bank I will leave this bank and not look back. Not a fan of bank fees, and definitely not a fan of their non customer support. 🤷🏼‍♀️
