      I can not say enough positives for Great Western Banks and especially the Story City branch. My mortgage company double posted my payment which quickly escalated negatively on my checking account. I contacted the bank immediately and spoke with Michaela, who remained calm and professional and worked quickly to remedy this horrible situation. Thank you again, Mary.

      Bad bank there is a lady there who was rude she needs to be fired this bank location needs to understand customers go through hard time like me I was paying back overdraft this location is heartless do not go there
