      I was pleased with team and process to start, then experienced a rapid decline in satisfaction while working with them. Communication was severely lacking around key dates and times, missed closing twice and struggled to get updates from PRMI/Greater Charlotte Mortgage during these critical and high-stress times. They did cover a portion of the closing costs which was appreciated but I would not go through this process or firm again if I had a choice. Better communication, working through challenges as soon as they come up, and setting of realistic expectations early-on would have made a big difference in my experience with them.
