  I have been a member for about 20 years. Their rates for loans and credit cards are very reasonable . My only complaint is not having more available ATM machines that do not charge fees. Their mobile site is easy to use.

If you click on this you will see all the fee free ATMs that you can use close to you. If you need help finding this please call or come in and we will be more than happy to show you.

  I called to inquire about a business account I was asked had I already had an account with the company and I replied no, I was then given a list of documents that needed to be reviewed before I can go into the branch and open an account and I can understand the Id , social security card and EIN number but all other personal information given out was very skeptical and felt discriminated against because so many people are trying to get business accounts to open during this time but I would have preferred a written policy or document to back up a list of documents that’s needed to open the account

  We appreciate your inquiry regarding membership. As with all Credit Unions, membership eligibility varies by institution. When speaking with potential new members we always attempt to provide a clear and concise overview of how an individual may qualify to join. In addition, an individual must already have established a personal membership account relationship before we can extend any business account services. To comply with all Federal and State regulations, we must obtain certain documents regarding the business to assess whether we can offer account services or not.   Well usually it's pretty good but considering I went there to get money and the ATM wasn't working and that's the only ATM that you can go to that's relatively close to my house without paying a fee to get my own money, and then they closed the building early for their convenience so I still couldn't get my money!!!!! I was pretty unhappy with the service I received from my Credit Union that day!!!!!! Ok to be perfectly honest, I was enraged that I made a special trip there and these things happened!!!!!! Bad business practices!!!!!!!!

  Bethany I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our ATM. One of the many conveniences credit union members receive is access to the Alliance One ATM Network. You can access Alliance One through our website or by visiting the following link https://www.allianceone.coop/ . After reviewing the Alliance One site using your zip code, it appears there are two conveniently located, no surcharge ATM's including; North Side Bank and Trust at 2739 Madison Ave and Wright Patt Credit Union 4560 LaFayette.
