I'm so bummed. Brian made the same mistake 2 years in a row and basically I can not refinance. He needs to slow down and do it right the first time. VERY UNHAPPY.

Hi Richard, I am sorry the loan did not work out as you planned. You asked me to tell your accountant what you need to make to qualify for a loan. When I tell you, and the account, what you need to make to qualify, and then the accountant comes back with much less income on your return, I cannot be accountable for that. I agree I was not able to check the accountants return before you filed, but advising people on reported income is normally not part of my lending duties. Being self employed has it conundrums but to qualify for a loan you need to report income over double what your PITI payment and debts are. 2020 was a very difficult year and I'm truly sorry anything that I have done, or not done, which affected you in a negative way!
