      Don’t use Greenfield Savings Bank for Trust services. Service is piss poor, communication is OK until they control the money; then they disappear. Our family in general is disgusted with their service and we have tried to change improve service and change banks. Only after legal threats do you get some information. They are very inexperienced with trusts. The investment advice is below average. If you have a decent amount of money go elsewhere, you almost certain to get better service and better advice.
