  I had a car lease that turned into a car loan with this company. I have been working with them for 3 years or more. I am on my last payments which I only owe 1700 on the whole vehicle. I am on a weekly payment My complaint is that, at the beginning of December I got sick from Covid-19. I couldn’t work for about 3 weeks. I made my payments up to the mid of December. And after that I ran out of my savings. I contacted green light auto letting them know that I was not working and that I couldn’t afford my payment, they did not care and went ahead to block my cars engine so I wouldn’t be able to use it. They told me I had to send them my covid test results for them to be able to do anything for me. I sent them covid results and they told me that the supervisor was going to contact me within a few days. Nobody called. I contacted them various times regarding the situation. And they could for me and they told me that I had to wait for a call from the supervisor. They said they called me. But couldn’t tell me the times they called to verify if I had a missed called or not. I had made my payments late in the past and it was never an issue. I got behind on my car payment because of covid and they had the proof that I did. And they still went ahead and REPOSSESSED my vehicle. I tried to talk to them and they want me to pay even more now than I owed before. This company never got a hold of me and made me false promises that they would hold the payment for me because I got covid. Now I owe a vehicle I don’t have. And my credit is going to go worst.
