These are very nice townhomes in a great location. I love that this neighborhood is very diverse! Unfortunately the townhomes themselves have very thin walls and the community has a negligent HOA that does not follow there own bylaws. I would give the community 4 stars but because of the HOA I give this community 2 stars.
