  Staff is amazing, always easy to work with. They always send a dog treat through the drive through for my pup when he's with me. Helped me with my account once I was married, but did not yet change my name. Love this location.

  I would under absolutely no circumstances do any business with Green State Credit union. To call them incompetent would be a complement. Criminally negligent is a more accurate description of how this business is run. I was with Oxford Bank for over 16 years, since Green State took over it has been nothing but a complete disaster. I have about 5 clear examples of how terrible this credit union is but let me share with you the big one. Both myself and my elderly father had accounts with Oxford back for 15+ years, my dad had been there for 20+ I was there for 16+. My father called to inquire about current CD rates. That’s it, called wanting information on current rates. Green State took it upon themselves to remove over $20,000 from my savings account and open a CD for my father. Mind you, we have separate birthdays, social security numbers and addresses, but none of this mattered to Green State. I wake up and log on to online banking, to see that $20,000 has disappeared from my account. I was absolutely panicked, I tried calling Green State but could not get anyone on the phone. I was able to reach them via an online chat, during this chat they closed the CD they should have never opened and refunded my money. I wanted to speak with a manager, I was told they were all tied up but someone would call me in an hour. I waited and hour, no one called. Two hours, no one called. I was shocked, $20,000 was removed from an account of mine and no one bothered to even call me. Finally at 4:55 a manger called me as he was walking out the door. Long story short, your money is simply not safe here. People can call and have your funds transferred with out your permission. You simply cannot trust Green State.

  I miss the old store and the old staff. Everyone is new and slow, I switched banks
