      Awful customer service. Got a new loan with them, they claimed I did not have insurance on my vehicle when I did. They charged me $800 for “a 3 month” lapse. Then they tell me that I am late due to their autopay system not taking out the correct amount. I didn’t change my loan payment, they did. Do not use this credit Union!!
