      Horrible staff, most of them are obviously miserable with their lives...especially Sue. They are all clueless and just want you in and out, you might as well just go to the other addison location if you want your needs taken care of.

      Absolutely horrid, clueless staff. Avoid at all costs. I went with my 17 year old daughter to open a checking account for her. The South Asian teller lady entered my daughter's name incorrectly into the account system. We never learned this until we got checks in the mail under a completely different name and the account was useless. Took forever to clean up this mess and I just decided to close the account and move across the street to Chase with my daughter because I didn't feel safe with our sensitive information here. Pay attention when doing your jobs.
