      DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH HERE! Bankers were completely clueless and had no idea how to help me. Biggest mistake getting my auto loan through here. I was 3 months late switching my car insurance from my old car to my new car, which I completely understand was MY MISTAKE. However, they are charging me $1500 to slap their own insurance on there and making me pay it over 12 months which is massively increasing my monthly payments. They refuse to work with me in any way so I can actually afford this. The woman “Sierra” that I spoke to was horribly condescending and had no care for my situation. Funny, because I spoke with a family member who went through the same situation of getting car insurance switched over late through Greater Iowa Credit Union and they were incredibly accommodating with her. Clearly GreenState does NOT care about their customers. Will definitely be refinancing through Greater Iowa ASAP!
