  I LOVE this bank! Felisha Junge is my mortgage loan officer and I’ve worked with her for years now- She met with our young adult children- talked over their credit issues and explained what they needed to do to be ready to apply for a home loan- she has given me sound financial advise and helped us save $$$ with their in-house programs that you can not get at the OTHER banks;) Meagan, the manager is so extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or concern I have and really has a wonderful staff:) Alex, Carissa, Justine and Megan are so very helpful when ever I’ve needed assistance. I’ve had documents Notarized, had important financial docs faxed. My 80 year old dad got a birthday call from this office as well! How very sweet! NATE, Camron, Ryan and Ashley have opened accounts checking accounts for our teenagers and then introduced them to their GREENSTATE CREDIT CARD that BUILDS their credit once they turn 18 that they could tie to their bank account to pay off each month- our son uses his to buy gas and food- keeps to his budget and pays off each month- earns $$ by using the card and has built his credit to the point that he’s now pre-approved at 22 for a home mortgage! I have banked with several banks over the years but have found the best experiences have been with THIS credit union- they have more options to help with your financial success, better products that pay out better than their competitors and the staff is so well versed with options.   My spouse and I came in super last minute to get money for our car loan and Nate was heading out the door to go home for the day. He instead stayed late and helped us get what we needed and explained anything that we needed to know! He did such a great job and we will be requesting him EVERYTIME we go in for anything else. He did a great job with making us feel welcome, it makes banking with the so much easier in knowing we are taken care of.
