Spoke with Dave Grunden.. right off the bat he was belittling and rude. Dave was recommended to me for his apparent ability to help, but I must have caught him on a bad day. He started the conversation with “if you can’t put 5% down then I shouldn’t even be taking to you.” Not a nice guy, not helpful, and actually will take some digs at you if you talk to him long enough.
